A short list, done properly —
not a menu of everything.
Every plan starts with a thorough assessment, then adapts as you progress. No two recovery journeys look the same.
- 01
Sports & injury rehab
Assessment and recovery plans that return athletes and active people to full performance — safely, and without rushing the tissue.
- 02
Manual therapy
Hands-on joint mobilisation and soft-tissue work to settle pain and give the joint back its natural, easy movement.
- 03
Exercise prescription
A program built for your body and your goals — progressive strength and mobility that rebuilds resilience against re-injury.
- 04
Post-surgical care
Staged rehabilitation after orthopaedic surgery, moving in step with your surgeon's protocol and your own recovery.
- 05
Posture & mobility
Unwinding the movement patterns and postural load that quietly build up through work and everyday life.
- 06
Chronic pain management
Evidence-based, longer-term strategies that turn down persistent pain and get you moving with confidence again.
What a course of treatment actually looks like.
Physiotherapy should have an end point. Here is the shape most people's care takes, whichever service brought them in.
- 01Appointment 1
A proper assessment
Your history, a hands-on examination and objective testing. You leave the first session with a diagnosis you understand and a plan with a timeframe attached.
- 02Early sessions
Settle and start
Hands-on treatment to bring symptoms down, paired with the first few exercises — taught in the room until you are confident doing them alone.
- 03Middle stretch
Build capacity
Appointments space out as the program does more of the work. Each review checks the numbers and adjusts the load.
- 04Discharge
Independent again
You finish with a maintenance plan and a clear idea of what to do if things flare — not an open-ended booking schedule.
